Job Description
Job SummaryThe CFA Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely dispatches, manpower supervision, client coordination, statutory compliance, and safe warehouse operations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound operations.
- Ensure accurate inventory, stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and FIFO/FEFO compliance.
- Supervise warehouse staff and contract manpower to achieve productivity targets.
- Coordinate with clients, transporters, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain warehouse records, MIS reports, and audit documentation.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, EHS, statutory requirements, and quality standards.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs, control operational costs, and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain high standards of safety, security, and housekeeping (5S).
