Staff Nurse (ANM/GNM)

Location: Kharadi, Pune

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Experience: Fresher / 1–2 Years

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated ANM/GNM Nurse to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing quality patient care, assisting doctors, and supporting the smooth day-to-day functioning of the healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care and monitor patients.
• Record and maintain patient vital signs and documentation.
• Assist doctors during consultations and medical procedures.
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
• Perform wound dressing and basic clinical procedures.
• Ensure infection control and maintain hygiene standards.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and follow-up care.
• Maintain patient records and nursing documentation.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.

Eligibility

• ANM or GNM qualification (mandatory).
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of clinical experience will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, responsible, and patient-centric approach.
