Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Multiplex Service Associate to join our team and deliver an exceptional cinema experience for every guest—freshers are welcome, and complete on-the-job training will be provided. In this role, you will handle daily multiplex operations including ticket box office sales, food and beverage concession service, auditorium ushering, and maintaining clean, inviting public areas. Candidates must be flexible to work in rotational shifts across mornings, afternoons, and late nights up to 2:00 AM, with mandatory weekend coverage and one scheduled weekday off per week. A positive attitude, good communication skills, and the enthusiasm to learn are all you need to apply. In addition to hands-on training and a competitive salary, employees enjoy special perks including 3 free movie tickets per month, along with a comprehensive leave package of 32 total days per year, comprising 18 Paid Leaves, 7 Casual Leaves, and 7 Sick Leaves.
