Senior Human Resource Executive

• Key Responsibilities Handle



• end-to-end HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Manage end-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviews, salary negotiation, and offer letters.
• Manage Employee Onboarding, Documentation, Induction, and Exit Formalities.
• Handle monthly Payroll Processing, salary master, attendance inputs, deductions, increments, arrears, and salary slips.
• Manage Statutory Compliance – Mandatory, including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Labour Compliance, and POSH.
• Manage Attendance, Leave, Overtime, and Late Mark records.
• Handle Employee Relations, Grievances, Disciplinary Actions, and HR Queries.
• Manage Performance Appraisal, Confirmation, Promotion, and Salary Revision processes.
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS, Employee Master, HR Reports, and Personnel Records.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies and Procedures.
• Coordinate Training & Development and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Management, Consultants, and Site Teams for HR, payroll, and compliance requirements.
