Seller Support Executive

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer/seller queries through chat and providing timely, accurate, and professional resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer and seller queries through the International Chat Process.
• Provide effective support for e-commerce-related issues and concerns.
• Understand customer requirements and deliver appropriate resolutions within defined timelines.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Handle B2B customer interactions professionally.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team whenever required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in an International Voice, Chat, or B2B Process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in customer support, international process, or e-commerce support will be preferred.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Graduate and Undergraduate candidates can apply.
