Sales Executive

Job Overview

Ameya Engravers is looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our field sales team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting potential clients, promoting our products and services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in B2B field sales and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field visits and lead generation.
• Meet potential customers and explain the company's products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Conduct client meetings, follow up on inquiries, and close sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
• Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer records.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com preferred).
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Marketing.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of lead generation and B2B sales.
• Willingness to travel across Pune for field sales activities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
