Job Description – Purchase Executive (Solar Industry)
Job Title: Purchase Executive
Location: Ravet, Pune
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the purchase of solar products, electrical materials, and project-related items.
- Identify and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
- Collect, compare, and negotiate quotations, prices, and payment terms.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs).
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with the Store, Project, and Installation teams for material requirements.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor details, quotations, and invoices.
- Ensure the required materials are available as per project requirements.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of solar products and electrical materials.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong vendor coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
