Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop 3D models and 2D drawings of mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, procurement) to define design requirements
  • Perform design validation through simulations, tolerance analysis, and prototyping
  • Create and maintain engineering documentation including BOMs, assembly instructions, and revision control
  • Participate in design reviews, offering technical insights and improvements
  • Support manufacturing and fabrication teams with design-related queries and updates
  • Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications
  • Continuously improve existing designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability
