Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Marketing Manager to join our property sales team. The role involves meeting potential clients, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable properties, conducting site visits, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet prospective clients in person to promote our services
• Generate new business opportunities for the company
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Follow up with leads and guide customers throughout the buying process.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• 0–1 year of experience in sales, marketing, real estate, or customer-facing roles.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident personality with good negotiation abilities.

• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and property visits.

Salary

• Experienced (6 months–1 year): ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month
