Join Our Growing Team!Shraddha Finance Consultancy is hiring a dynamic and target-driven Loan Executive to generate business, acquire customers, and manage the complete loan process from sourcing to disbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through field visits, references, and cold calling
- Source customers for Secured & Unsecured Loans
- Collect and verify customer documents
- Coordinate with customers and banks/NBFCs until loan disbursement
- Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets
Eligibility:
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in Loan Sales, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services
- ✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills
- ✅ Willing to travel across Maharashtra
- ✅ Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
