Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Lead Generation Executive to identify upcoming corporate and IT office projects across Pune. The role involves visiting project sites, collecting project information, identifying key stakeholders, and sharing qualified leads with the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities Include :-
- Visit commercial construction sites and upcoming office projects across Pune.
- Identify new interior fit-out and office projects.
- Collect project details such as location, client, project stage, and expected fit-out timeline.
- Identify and obtain contact details of Project Management Consultants (PMC), Architects, Interior Designers, Interior Contractors, and other key decision-makers.
- Maintain an updated lead database and submit daily/weekly reports.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager for timely follow-up of leads.
- RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, lead generation, construction, interiors, or real estate preferred.
- Good communication and networking skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Pune.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
