Job Description

Hardware Maintenance: Assemble, set up, and repair critical equipment, including routers, switches, access points, and client workstations. [1, 2]

Application Support: Assist clients with basic deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of core business applications.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of foundational networking concepts (IP addressing, subnetting, DHCP, DNS, and the OSI model).

Hardware Experience: Hands-on familiarity with deploying and troubleshooting network infrastructure (cables, routers, switches, and firewall CAmera access control system

Application Familiarity: Basic knowledge of network-dependent applications, configuration interfaces, and standard enterprise software tools.
