Estimation Engineer/ Quality Surveyor (Facade)

* Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs from architectural and façade drawings.

* Estimate costs for Unitized, Semi-Unitized, Aluminium Window, Structural Glazing, ACP, Louvres, and related façade systems.

* Prepare techno-commercial quotations and tender submissions.

* Coordinate with suppliers for material pricing.

* Perform cost analysis and value engineering.

* Work closely with Design, Procurement, and Business Development teams.

* Ensure timely and accurate submission of bids.

Required Skills

* Experience in façade estimation is mandatory.

* Knowledge of Unitized Curtain Wall, Semi-Unitized, Aluminium Windows, Structural Glazing, ACP Cladding, Spider Glazing, and Louvres.

* Strong understanding of BOQs, quantity take-offs, costing, tendering, and rate analysis.

* Ability to read architectural and façade drawings.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Exposure

* High-rise commercial and residential projects.

* Estimation of large-value façade contracts.

* International façade systems such as Reynaers, Schüco, Technal, AluK, Aluprof, or equivalent.
