Job Title: ITI Mechanic Cum Driver

Employment Type: Third Party Contract (BSA Payroll)

work Location: ARAI, Kothrud, Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and assist in testing activities on Chassis Dynamometer
• Perform emission analysis and support emission testing activities
• Drive two-wheelers and four-wheelers for testing and operational purposes
• Carry out basic mechanical maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting
• Support engineers during vehicle testing and data collection
• Ensure proper handling and safety of test vehicles and equipment
• Maintain records of vehicle usage, test results, and reports
• Follow safety guidelines, SOPs, and compliance standards
• Maintain workplace discipline as per 5S activities

Qualification:

• ITI in Mechanic / Motor Mechanic / Diesel Mechanic

Experience:

• Hands-on experience on Chassis Dynamometer is mandatory
• Exposure to emission analysis will be preferred

Required Skills:

• Must have valid Driving License for both Two-Wheeler and Four-Wheeler
• Awareness of Emission Analysis techniques
• Knowledge of 5S activities
• Awareness of IS / ISO / EOHS / ISMS standards
• Basic understanding of automobile systems
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain records
