Direct Sales Leader – Agency Channel
📍 Location: Pune – Across Locations
💼 Role: Direct Sales Leader | Agency Channel
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and nurture Top MDRT, COT, TOT & high-performing Advisors for business growth and retention.
* Drive sales, servicing, advisor engagement and productivity.
* Acquire new high-potential advisors, with 40% focus on onboarding Top Advisors.
* Build strong relationships with existing and prospective advisors.
* Achieve business targets through effective sales planning and advisor activation.
* Ensure consistent performance, customer servicing and compliance.
Eligibility
* Maximum Age: 52 Years
* Experience: Minimum 6+ years in Life Insurance Sales.
* Last YTD Business Achievement: Minimum ₹40 Lakhs.
* Strong track record of handling MDRT/COT/TOT & high-performing advisors.
* Excellent communication, relationship management and sales skills.
Ideal Candidate: A proven Life Insurance Sales professional with a strong advisor network and demonstrated ability to manage and grow a high-value advisor portfolio.
