Job Description:

Position: Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)

Location: Yerwada, Pune, MH

Salary - Up to 40K in hand - Depends on Experience

Interview Mode : Virtual

Need Min 6 months of Experience in Customer Service in an international BPO in Voice Process.

Key Responsibilities:

Need Min 6 months of Experience in Customer Service in an international BPO in Voice Process.

Handling basic Customer queries related to Telecom Bills /Customer Resolution expert.

Respond to customer questions and issues through calls.

Should have excellent Communication / Interpersonal /Comprehension skills

Providing Prompt and Polite Assistance to the Foreign Customers.

Respond to customer questions and issues through calls.

Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a high level of customer service

Candidates should be willing to work in US shift.

Address customer feedback and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Having good communication

Maintaining a deep understanding of our products, services and policies to address customer concerns effectively. 

Any Graduate/Undergraduate

2 Days Rotational week off
