Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide timely resolutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely solutions.
• Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure proper resolution of their issues.
• Record and update customer interactions and complaints in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain customer records and prepare basic reports when required.
• Achieve assigned customer service and performance targets.
• Follow company policies, processes, and service standards.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
• Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.

• EligibilityGraduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience.

• Candidates with experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, BPO, Banking, NBFC, FinTech, or Collection will be preferred.
• Good Hindi and English communication skills; knowledge of the local language will be an advantage.
