Job Description

Food Preparation: Complete daily mise en place, chop, peel, weigh, and mix ingredients.

Hot Kitchen Operations: Operate ovens, stoves, grills, and fryers to cook Continental dishes (soups, sauces, sautés, and grills).

Quality & Standards: Follow standardized recipes, monitor food quality, and ensure proper portioning.

Station Maintenance: Clean and disinfect the work area, manage station tools, and keep strict hygiene conditions.

Inventory Support: Monitor food stock, rotate items to avoid waste, and report needs to superiors.
