Job Description
Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Sales Executive
Location: Pune
Udaan Realty Private Limited is hiring an experienced Commercial Real Estate Sales Executive for office leasing and commercial property sales.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads for commercial office leasing & sales.
- Meet corporate clients and understand their requirements.
- Conduct property site visits and presentations.
- Negotiate lease/sale deals and coordinate with property owners.
- Maintain client follow-ups and update CRM.
Requirements:
- 1–3+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate.
- Good knowledge of commercial office spaces and leasing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM is preferred.
