Client Relationship Executive

Job Overview

• Role: Client Relation Executive (Lift/Elevator Services)
• Objective: Act as the main link between clients and technical lift teams. Ensure high customer satisfaction, handle service requests, and explain technical maintenance or repairs in simple terms.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, and emergency breakdown reports.
• Service Coordination: Schedule routine maintenance, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and repair visits with the Lift Technician.
• Technical Translation: Explain complex mechanical or electrical lift issues and repair steps to building managers or owners who lack technical knowledge.
• Feedback and Reporting: Collect client feedback after service calls and prepare reports on equipment performance and client satisfaction.
• Contract Support: Assist in renewing maintenance agreements and identifying opportunities for service upgrades.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field. Basic familiarity with building equipment or mechanical services is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, active problem-solving, and patience during stressful breakdown situations.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in customer service, client servicing, or technical support roles.
