Job Description
Position: Sales Engineer/Deputy Sales Manager
Location: Pune, Mumbai ,Gujrat, Haridwar
What we are looking for:
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B Direct Industrial Sales-specially in packaging or automation.
• Experience in selling of coding and marking products will be an added advantage.
• Fluent in the local language , Hindi and English.
• CRM: Experience in handling CRM will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of FMCG, Pharmaceutical, and Manufacturing industries, with expertise in Strategic Sales, Negotiation and Order Closure skill, timely collection of payment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Business Development, coverage and expansion of market.
• Client Management and Customer satisfaction.
• Analyse customer needs and recommend solutions from product portfolio.
• Report on market opportunities, ongoing projects, and competitor activities.
• Ideal candidates should possess market and geography knowledge, demonstrate a solution-oriented approach should be mobile with 2 wheelers,
Preferred Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics) or Science Graduate. MBA will be an added advantage.
