Key Responsibilities:
* Provide academic and career counseling to students for online degree programs
* Assess student needs, career goals, and educational backgrounds to recommend suitable courses
* Manage outbound leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups to achieve enrollments
* Explain course structure, eligibility, fees, financing options, and admission procedures clearly
* Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions using CRM tools
