About the RoleJoin SolarSquare, one of India’s leading residential solar companies, and help homeowners switch to clean energy.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer calls and leads.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule meetings with Solar Consultants.
- Follow up with potential customers.
- Update leads in CRM.
- Resolve basic customer queries and concerns.
- Requirements0–2 years in telecalling/inside sales preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication skills in English and local languages.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
- Energetic, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
