Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Find new prospective buyers through cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
  • Client Consultations: Meet with clients to discuss their property needs, budgets, and preferences.
  • Property Tours: Organize and lead site visits, explaining property features, pricing, and project highlights.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms, address client objections, and close sales agreements.
  • Market Tracking: Stay updated on local real estate trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain post-sale contact to encourage repeat business and referrals
