Job Description – Field Sales Executive( NBD )

 Experience - 2–5 Years

 Qualification 

* BBA / MBA / B.Tech / B.Sc. (Chemistry) / Chemical Engineering/ BA And any other 

 Key Responsibilities 

* Generate new business leads through online platforms, referrals, and other marketing channels.

* Prepare and execute daily and weekly customer visit plans.

* Conduct 3–4 customer visits per day to identify customer requirements and promote company products.

* Coordinate product sample testing and ensure successful customer validation and approval.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular follow-ups.

* Convert qualified leads into business and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Track and manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.

* Submit daily visit reports, lead status updates, customer feedback, and sales progress reports on time.

* Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
