Sales Trainer

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Trainer who can design and deliver impactful training programs to improve the sales team's product knowledge, sales skills, customer interaction, and conversion performance.

• Key Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions for sales teams and handle batches of 20–25+ employees.
• Provide comprehensive process and product training to new and existing employees.
• Train employees on effective sales strategies, sales pitches, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Focus on improving sales conversion, customer engagement, and overall sales performance.
• Conduct role plays, mock calls, assessments, and practical training sessions.
• Identify individual and team-level training gaps and provide corrective coaching.
• Monitor training effectiveness and provide regular feedback to the sales team.
• Coordinate with management and operations teams to understand business requirements and training needs.
• Handle client interactions professionally and ensure training requirements are aligned with client expectations.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, assessments, and other learning resources.
• Track and report training outcomes, employee performance, and improvement areas.
• Requirements: 4–5 years of overall experience in sales, with a minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Trainer.
• Experience in handling training batches of 20–25 employees or more.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, strategies, product knowledge, customer handling, and conversion techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate sales teams.
• Comfortable with client interaction and stakeholder management.
• Graduate/Post Graduate in any field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate Joiners preferred/required.
