Job Description

  • मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):
  • इंजीनियरिंग ड्रॉइंग (Engineering Drawing) को पढ़ना और उसके अनुसार कार्य करना।
  • एमएस (MS), एसएस (SS) एवं अन्य धातुओं की कटिंग, मार्किंग, फिट-अप और असेंबली करना।
  • गैस कटिंग, ग्राइंडिंग, ड्रिलिंग एवं टैपिंग का कार्य करना।
  • वेल्डिंग से पहले जॉब की सही फिटिंग और अलाइनमेंट सुनिश्चित करना।
  • विभिन्न मशीनों एवं हैंड टूल्स का सुरक्षित उपयोग करना।
  • निर्धारित गुणवत्ता (Quality Standards) के अनुसार कार्य करना।
  • तैयार जॉब का निरीक्षण (Inspection) करना और आवश्यक सुधार करना।
  • कार्यस्थल पर 5S एवं सुरक्षा (Safety) नियमों का पालन करना।
  • मशीनों एवं उपकरणों की दैनिक देखभाल (Maintenance) करना।
  • समय पर उत्पादन लक्ष्य (Production Target) पूरा करना।
  • योग्यता (Qualification):आईटीआई (Fitter / Welder / Fabrication) या समकक्ष।
  • 1–5 वर्ष का फैब्रिकेशन उद्योग में अनुभव (फ्रेशर भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं)।
  • आवश्यक कौशल (Required Skills):इंजीनियरिंग ड्रॉइंग पढ़ने की क्षमता।
  • माप उपकरण (Measuring Instruments) जैसे वर्नियर कैलिपर, स्टील स्केल, टेप आदि का ज्ञान।
  • गैस कटिंग एवं ग्राइंडिंग का अनुभव।
  • फिट-अप और असेंबली का अच्छा ज्ञान।
  • टीम में कार्य करने की क्षमता।
  • सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करने की आदत।
  • कार्य समय (Working Hours):कंपनी के निर्धारित शिफ्ट के अनुसार।
  • आवश्यकता पड़ने पर ओवरटाइम करने की उपलब्धता।
  • वेतन (Salary):योग्यता एवं अनुभव के अनुसार।
  • कार्यस्थल (Work Environment):फैब्रिकेशन शॉप / मैन्युफैक्चरिंग यूनिट / इंडस्ट्रियल प्लांट।
