We are looking for a target-driven and charismatic Relationship Manager to join our frontline team. You will be responsible for meeting prospective buyers, showcasing our properties, and guiding them through the journey of buying their dream home.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling. 

• Set up site visits with potential clients. 

• Visit project sites, gather relevant information, and present it to clients. 

• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. 

• Take ownership of the sales process.

'• Meet assigned sales targets.    

Requirements: 

• Sales and negotiation skills

• Customer insight

• Agile & target-driven Approach. 

• Good communication and strong articulation skills.

• Accountability & empathy  

• Problem-solving mindset and active listening skills.

• This is a field-based role. Candidates should be willing to travel for sales activities.

• Must have a two-wheeler.  

Eligibility: 

• HSC/SSC & Graduate Can Apply.

• Experienced candidates and freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.

Salary: ₹18,000–₹23,000 per month (based on skills and experience).
