Job Description

Enter and update product data accurately on the website and internal systems.

Maintain product information including names, prices, SKUs, sizes, colours, and descriptions.

Upload and organize product images and ensure correct product-image mapping.

Update inventory records and coordinate discrepancies with the relevant team.

Verify data accuracy and regularly identify and correct errors or missing information.

Learn and operate the billing system and assist customers with the billing process when required.

Create basic reports in Excel, including data summaries, sales reports, and inventory reports as required.
