Customer Care Executive

Job Responsibilities:

* Handle customer queries and provide support through phone calls and other communication channels.

* Make outbound calls for order confirmation, delivery updates, address verification, and customer follow-ups.

* Generate shipping labels for confirmed orders and ensure accurate order details.

* Track customer orders, shipments, pickups, and delivery status.

* Coordinate with courier/logistics partners regarding pickup schedules, delayed shipments, failed deliveries, and RTO orders.

* Follow up on pending pickups and ensure orders are dispatched on time.

* Handle customer complaints, delivery issues, cancellations, and return/exchange requests.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and shipment updates.

* Coordinate with the warehouse/operations team for order processing and dispatch.

* Escalate unresolved customer or logistics issues to the concerned team.

* Ensure a positive customer experience and timely resolution of queries.

Requirements:

* Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

* Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

* Basic knowledge of e-commerce order processing and courier operations.

* Basic computer skills and ability to work with order management/Excel systems.

* Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer/order-related activities.

* Previous experience in customer support, e-commerce, logistics, or telecalling will be an advantage.
