Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills, a pleasant and confident voice, and strong convincing and customer-handling abilities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with customers, understanding their requirements, confidently explaining products and solutions, and guiding them toward the right outcome.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer queries primarily through phone calls, along with WhatsApp/chat and email.

* Manage inbound and outbound calls and communicate with customers in a polite, warm, confident, and professional manner.

* Have the ability to convince and persuade customers effectively, especially when assisting with purchases, abandoned checkouts, delivery issues, or other order-related concerns.

* Follow up on abandoned checkouts and proactively speak with customers to understand their concerns and help them complete their orders.

* Handle order tracking, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and delivery-related issues.

* Monitor RTO (Return to Origin) orders, contact customers when required, and coordinate with courier partners to reduce avoidable RTOs.

* Use basic computer skills to search, identify, and retrieve relevant customer/order/product information and clearly communicate the required information to customers.

* Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, follow-up details, and reports.

* Coordinate with the E-commerce, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

* Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely resolution and closure.

* Deliver a consistently positive customer experience while maintaining professionalism and patience.

* Pleasant, sweet, and confident voice with clear pronunciation.

* Excellent convincing and persuasion skills — the ability to influence customers positively and confidently.

* Strong verbal communication and customer-handling skills.

* Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.

* Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer requirements quickly.

* Basic computer skills and the ability to find relevant information quickly and share it accurately with customers.

* Ability to handle multiple calls, follow-ups, and customer issues efficiently.

* Basic knowledge of e-commerce and order management is preferred.

* Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, e-commerce, or sales is an advantage.

* Freshers may be considered if they have excellent communication, confidence, and convincing ability.
