Job DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates to join our growing real estate team in South Pune.
The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, making outbound calls, generating leads, scheduling site visits and following up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into bookings.
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Contact potential customers and explain residential projects.
- Generate leads and maintain customer databases.
- Schedule and coordinate weekend site visits.
- Follow up with customers regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales team and developers.
- Attend customer site visits and assist in property selection.
- Achieve monthly sales and site visit targets.
- Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in Marathi and Hindi.
- Basic English communication.

- Ability to handle customer follow-ups.
