Position: Client Relationship Executive / Telecaller


Job Responsibilities:


* Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.

* Explain company services and promotional offerings.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships.

* Follow up with clients and resolve their queries.

* Maintain client records and daily calling reports.

* Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.


Requirements:


* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic computer knowledge.
