Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new hospital and institutional accounts across Pune
- Identify hospitals, nursing homes and healthcare institutions with potential
- Meet Purchase Managers, Procurement Heads, Stores, OT and hospital management
- Generate new enquiries and convert them into orders
- Introduce White Lotus products to new hospitals
- Obtain product approvals and vendor registrations wherever required
- Develop new distributors/dealers
- Maintain relationships with existing customers
- Prepare quotations and coordinate commercial negotiations
- Follow up continuously until enquiry → approval → PO → repeat business
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop a strong sales pipeline
- Monitor competitor pricing and products
- Submit daily/weekly visit and sales reports
- Coordinate with the Vadodara head office for quotations, production and dispatch
- Build long-term hospital and distributor relationships
