Content Creator

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

• Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Develop creative concepts, scripts, captions, and content ideas aligned with the company's branding and marketing goals.
• Produce short-form videos, reels, product showcases, behind-the-scenes content, and corporate gifting campaigns.
• Ensure all content reflects the company's brand identity, tone, and messaging.

2. Photography & Videography

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of products, office activities, events, and client projects.
• Plan and execute product shoots and promotional videos.
• Set up basic lighting, camera angles, and backgrounds to create visually appealing content.
• Maintain an organized library of photos, videos, and digital assets.

3. Video Editing

• Edit reels, promotional videos, advertisements, and social media content using editing software.
• Add transitions, subtitles, animations, music, and motion graphics to enhance content quality.
• Optimize videos for different social media platforms and formats.
• Ensure timely delivery of edited content as per the content calendar.

4. Social Media Content Planning

• Assist in planning and maintaining the monthly content calendar.
• Research trending topics, audio, hashtags, and content formats to improve engagement.
• Create content that supports product launches, campaigns, festivals, employee activities, and company events.
• Ensure consistency in posting schedules across all social media platforms.

5. Creative Coordination & Content Development 

• Work closely with the Graphic Designer by sharing content ideas and creative requirements; graphic design execution will be handled by the Graphic Designer. 
• Create social media creatives, banners, carousels, posters, marketing materials using design tools such as Canva or Adobe.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually appealing promotional content.
• Maintain consistency in design, typography, colors, and branding across all creatives.

6. Brand Storytelling

• Develop creative storytelling concepts that showcase WeMee's products, company culture, client success stories, and behind-the-scenes activities.
• Create engaging content that strengthens brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Highlight corporate gifting solutions through innovative and visually appealing content.

7. Trend Research & Innovation

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content formats, platform updates, and industry best practices.
• Research competitor content and recommend fresh ideas to improve brand visibility.
• Experiment with new content formats to increase reach and engagement.

8. Collaboration

• Work closely with the Digital Marketing, Sales, Design, and Operations teams to understand campaign requirements.
• Coordinate content production according to marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Assist during product launches, exhibitions, corporate events, and office activities by capturing and creating promotional content.

Preferred Skills

• Portfolio of reels, videos, graphics, or social media content (internship, freelance, or personal projects are acceptable).
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of branding, digital marketing, and social media trends.
• Experience in product photography and videography is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and Canva AI.
• Passion for creating engaging and creative digital content.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, Design, Journalism, or a related field.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and video editing.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, or similar editing/design tools.
• Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling and content creation skills.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
