Accountant

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting activities, bill feeding, record keeping, and financial documentation. The candidate should have good working knowledge of Tally and basic accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Feeding purchase bills, sales bills, expenses, and other transactions into Tally.
• Maintaining day-to-day books of accounts and financial records.
• Preparing and maintaining purchase and sales registers.
• Checking bills, invoices, supporting documents, and payment details.
• Maintaining accounts payable and receivable records.
• Preparing basic bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintaining proper filing and documentation of bills and vouchers.
• Assisting in preparation of GST, TDS, and other accounting-related data.
• Following up for pending bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Assisting senior accounts personnel in monthly closing and reporting.
• Ensuring accuracy and timely updating of accounting records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in B.Com / M.Com or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting work preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bookkeeping.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial records.
