Job Description – Pre-Sales Executive

Position: Pre-Sales Executive

Department: Pre-Sales / Business Development

Location: Wadgaon Sheri, Pune

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
• Communicate effectively with customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain products/services clearly and handle customer queries.
• Convince and engage potential customers to generate genuine business opportunities.
• Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper lead records.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team and share qualified leads for further conversion.
• Maintain professional and positive communication with customers.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
• Confident and positive approach.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM will be an added advantage.
