Trainee Design Engineer

Job Description – Fresher (Civil / Drafting)

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team and build a strong foundation in design, drafting, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior engineers in project-related tasks and daily operations.
• Prepare and modify design drawings using AutoCAD.
• Apply basic construction and engineering knowledge in project execution.
• Gain hands-on experience while developing technical and professional skills.
• Support troubleshooting, problem-solving, and product development activities.
• Collaborate with team members and work under proper guidance and mentoring.
• Gradually take on more responsibility and independent assignments based on performance.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Basic construction and civil engineering knowledge is essential.
• Good learning attitude and teamwork skills.
