Job Summary

Shashwatlaxmi Urban Nidhi Ltd is looking for a Recruitment-Focused HR Executive who will primarily handle hiring activities along with supporting HR operations. This role involves achieving monthly hiring targets and managing end-to-end recruitment.

Work Split:

75% Recruitment

25% HR Operations

Monthly Hiring Target: 5–7 Employee Joinings

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (Major Responsibility – 75%)

Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle

Post job openings on job portals & social media

Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, references etc.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Schedule & coordinate interviews with management

Follow up with selected candidates till joining

Maintain recruitment tracker and daily hiring reports

Ensure achievement of monthly joining target (5–7 hires)

HR Operations (25%)

Employee onboarding & documentation

Offer letter and appointment letter preparation

Maintain employee records and HR database

Attendance and leave management

Assist with payroll inputs

Handle employee queries and support engagement activities

Skills Required

Strong communication & convincing skills

Recruitment and interview coordination experience

Target-oriented and result-driven attitude

MS Excel & MS Office knowledge

Ability to work under deadlines

Qualification

MBA/PGDM in HR / BBA / B.Com with HR experience preferred
