Sales Executive – Real Estate

Location: Chinchwad

Experience: 1–3 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role: We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and walk-ins.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Conduct site visits and present project details, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Build strong customer relationships and convert leads into bookings.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth booking and documentation process.
  • RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, presentable, and customer-focused.
  • Prior experience in real estate or target-based sales preferred.
