Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales team कडून daily follow-up घेणे
• Customer leads वर calling व follow-up करणे
• Site Visit नंतर customer follow-up घेऊन booking/closure करणे
• Sales executives चे daily performance track करणे
• Hot leads identify करून deal close करणे
• Customer objections handle करून conversion वाढवणे
• Daily sales report maintain करणे
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Real Estate Sales/Plotting experience preferred
• Customer handling आणि deal closing मध्ये confidence
• Sales team manage करण्याची क्षमता
