Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day transportation operations, ensure timely vehicle placement, coordinate with drivers and customers, and maintain smooth logistics execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily vehicle movement and trip execution.
• Coordinate with customers, drivers, transporters, and loading/unloading teams.
• Ensure timely vehicle placement and on-time deliveries.
• Track vehicles through GPS and provide regular status updates.
• Resolve operational issues such as delays, breakdowns, detention, and route deviations.
• Prepare daily MIS reports and maintain trip records.
• Verify diesel consumption, toll expenses, and trip-related documents.
• Coordinate with billing and accounts for PODs, invoices, and trip closures.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through prompt communication.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of GPS tracking systems and transport documentation is preferred.
