HR Recruitment Intern – 6 Months

3RI Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and communication-oriented HR Recruitment Intern who wants to build a career in Human Resources & Recruitment.

This is a hands-on internship where you will work on actual hiring requirements and learn the complete recruitment process—from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, follow-ups and joining.

Freshers who are confident in communication and interested in recruitment are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
• Screen applications according to job requirements
• Make recruitment calls and conduct initial candidate screening
• Explain job roles, salary, location and requirements clearly to candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Follow up with candidates before and after interviews
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Coordinate with managers regarding open positions and interview schedules
• Follow up with selected candidates for joining
• Assist with onboarding documentation and joining formalities
• Maintain daily recruitment reports and updates
• Support the HR team in other recruitment and HR activities when required

The original role also includes onboarding coordination, documentation and database maintenance, which are retained here as secondary responsibilities.
