Positions Available

1. Junior Accountant – 1 Vacancy

• Experience: 0–2 years
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month

2. Senior Accountant – 1 Vacancy

• Experience: 3–6 years
• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000/month

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ledgers.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
• Maintain petty cash and expense records.
• Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
• Prepare accounting reports and MIS.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, auditors, and internal departments.
• Assist with monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Senior candidates will review accounting work and guide junior team members.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Good understanding of ledger and bank reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
