IT Support Engineer

3RI Technologies is looking for a responsible and hands-on IT Support & Office Administration Executive who can manage our day-to-day IT infrastructure and also assist with basic office administration activities.

The candidate should have good practical knowledge of computer hardware, networking, internet connectivity and troubleshooting. The person should gradually understand and take ownership of the overall IT infrastructure of 3RI Technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware and software issues
• Handle LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and internet connectivity
• Basic configuration and troubleshooting of network devices
• Installation and maintenance of Windows, software, printers and peripherals
• Coordinate with Internet, hardware, CCTV and other IT vendors when required
• Maintain computers, networking equipment and other IT assets
• Support trainers and employees with day-to-day technical issues
• Ensure classrooms/labs are technically ready before training sessions
• Maintain inventory of laptops, desktops, accessories and IT equipment
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and backups where required
• Understand and gradually manage the overall IT infrastructure of 3RI Technologies
• Assist management with basic office administration, maintenance and vendor coordination
• Handle miscellaneous operational work whenever required for smooth functioning of the office

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

Technically sound + hands-on + responsible + willing to learn + comfortable handling both IT and basic office operational responsibilities.

A Diploma candidate is absolutely eligible. Practical technical knowledge and problem-solving ability will be more important than having a higher degree.
