Job Opening: Sales Executive (Real Estate)

We are looking for a Sales Executive in the Real Estate sector to join our team.

Position: Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Location: Patna Region

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Experience in plot selling is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of the Patna real estate market will be preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell residential and commercial plots.
  • Generate new leads through field visits and networking.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and channel partners.
  • Conduct site visits and explain project details to customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
