Job Description
- Prepare and bake fresh cakes, pastries, brownies, cookies, muffins, cheesecakes, and other desserts tub(Tiramisu).
- Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistent taste, texture, and quality
- Decorate cakes and desserts with attention to detail and presentation.
- Prepare cake sponges, frostings, fillings, glazes, and dessert components.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the bakery.
- Monitor ingredient quality, stock levels, and minimize wastage.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and finished products.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support the development of new desserts, seasonal specials, and festive menus.
- Coordinate with the café team to ensure timely preparation of customer and online orders.
