Admission Counsellor

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in admission counselling or student counselling and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
• Handle admission inquiries through phone calls, emails, and walk-in visits.
• Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and admission procedures.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admission status.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure a positive admission experience.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth enrollment and documentation.
• Achieve admission targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
