Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our products and services, generate qualified leads, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for achieving sales and marketing targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns.
• Generate new leads through online and offline marketing.
• Manage social media platforms and digital marketing activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
• Visit clients and conduct product presentations when required.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.
• Organize promotional events, seminars, and campaigns.
• Assist in branding and promotional content creation.

Required Skills :

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
• Basic understanding of SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in B2B Sales or Marketing.
• Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Email Marketing and WhatsApp Marketing.
