Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities.
- Assist with payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance appraisal processes.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation for management.
- Support disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution when required.
- Coordinate with department managers regarding staffing and workforce planning.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Recruitment and interviewing skills.
- Organizational and time-management abilities.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HRMS/HR software is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
